Listening Circles
Listening Circles are structured gatherings where young people listen to a KNC conversation and reflect together—turning storytelling into practical learning, mentorship, and ethical leadership.
A repeatable process that makes reflection practical and youth-friendly.
Play a full conversation or selected clips (20–45 minutes).
Participants write one insight and one question before discussion.
Use prompts to explore leadership, values, dignity, and responsibility.
Each person names one small action to practice before the next meeting.
If you’re a school, university, youth network, or community group, we can help you launch a circle with a simple toolkit.
Use our facilitator guide to run your first circle.
Tell us where you are and how you’d like to participate. We’ll follow up with circle options or help you start one.
